Micro-Mapping
Our micro-mapping strategies identify neighborhood-specific health gaps. This enables targeted health and social support interventions that improve outcomes (PDF) for those who need it most.
Data-Driven
Solutions
In partnership with the State of California and with an investment of $50 million in the Encounter Data Improvement Program, we ensure complete and accurate data collection to address disparities effectively. This program tackles Encounter Data Deserts (PDF), which are historically fragmented and inconsistent due to administrative complexity and system limitations.

The migration of Medi-Cal members to managed care uncovered critical gaps in data, including records of visits, treatments and patient needs.
